Hello, I’m Dr. Sarah Nowinski.  I’ve been with the Kaufman Chiropractic team since July 2007. I’m a Bothell native and a graduate from Inglemoor High School.  After graduation, I enlisted in the United States Navy and served honorably for 4 years as an Operation Specialist.  After my enlistment ended, I was involved in a car accident.  I became a patient at Kaufman Chiropractic Clinic and was inspired to become a Chiropractor.

I earned my AAS degree from Shoreline Community College, B.S. degree from Excelsior College in New York and my Doctorate from Life University in Marietta, Georgia.

I am currently a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and have earned my certification in Webster’s Technique. Webster’s Technique is a chiropractic technique used in pregnant mothers that corrects pelvic misalignments. Pelvic misalignments can cause torsion of the uterus which may make it difficult for the baby to be in the best possible position for a safe and uncomplicated delivery. For example, Webster’s Technique helps babies in the breech position to move naturally into the head down position. I am also an advocate of home birth. My last child was born at home and I adjusted him right after birth. I have 4 wonderful children: Devyn, Deija, Jade and Jaxon.
